My order says delivered but I have not received it, what should I do?
USPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event, you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your local post office.
Is my t-shirt men's or women's sizing?
All N.I.M.C shirt is unisex sizings. Shirts are standard fit, women may want to order a size up for a less fitted feel.
What is the best way to keep my shirt looking fresh?
Turn them inside out and machine or hand wash them on cold. All tees have some percentage of cotton, they will tend to shrink a little after being washed and dried. For the least shrinkage, dry on low or hang dry.
What type of printing process is used on your apparel?
Our shirts are screen printed using the best techniques with water-based ink.
Will the printing fade?
There will be minimal fading but it will occur over time due to standard wear and tear.
Why is my order still in "Pre-shipment"?
Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your order's label is printed. The shipping process has now begun and your tracking number will update as soon as USPS scans your order in. This does not mean your order is lost, it is not uncommon for an order to remain in pre-shipment for multiple days.
What is your return policy?
We want everyone to have a good experience with our brand, if you receive a damaged or defective product please return it. Please email us prior to sending any product back so we can note that it is on the way At this time we will not be doing any exchanges for non-damaged goods.
Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days or you will receive a 100% refund on your cost of shipping. This policy begins 24 hours after your order is placed and processed.
For international shipping please allow 7-21 business days.(Available Soon.)
Standard shipping for orders in the United States is shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail or via Express Mail if selected by the customer.
Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.
We accept most major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or direct payments, we also give the option to pay with PayPal.
N.I.M.C WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE for any shipping address discrepancies which include lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information. If the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase we are not able to make any changes. If you have NOT received a tracking number we can make any changes necessary to accommodate your purchase(s).
If your package is “return to sender” we will reship the item to the updated address. However; the Customer is responsible for the shipping invoice for the second delivery attempt.
